So when it was time to write our return policy, we didn't ask "how do we get the product back?"
We asked something better.

The answer hit us immediately.
Animal rescue shelters across the country are underfunded, understaffed, and overflowing. They need food. Toys. Supplies. Care products. The exact things we sell every single day. And right now there are animals in those shelters — good animals, loving animals — just waiting for someone to choose them.

Here's how it works.
If something isn't right — wrong size, wrong formula, changed your mind — don't ship it back. Take it to your nearest animal rescue shelter or humane society and donate it in person. Get a receipt. Take a photo if you can. Email both to us at support@praiseurpet.com with your order number.
That's it.
We refund you in full. Within 5–7 business days. Back to your original payment. No questions asked.
Your product goes to an animal who needs it. Your shelter gets a little more runway. You feel the way a return has never made anyone feel before.
Good.
And if you send us that photo?
We'll share it. With your permission, your moment becomes part of something bigger — a community of pet lovers doing something real. Your shelter gets exposure to thousands of people who care about animals. Maybe someone sees it and decides to adopt. Maybe your one photo changes a life.
