Return to Rescue
At PraiseUrPet, we believe every purchase should mean something. And if a product isn't right for your pet, we believe the best thing it can do is help an animal who needs it most. That's why we don't do traditional returns. We do something better.
How It Works
Instead of shipping a product back to us, take it to your local animal rescue shelter or humane society and donate it in person. Then send us proof and we'll refund you in full. It's that simple.
Your donation helps a shelter animal. You get your money back. And together we do a little good in the world.
Step by Step
- Visit your local animal rescue shelter or humane society
- 2. Donate the product in person
- 3. Get a receipt from the shelter
- 4. Take a photo of yourself donating the product (optional but we love these)
- 5. Email your receipt and photo to support@praiseurpet.com with your order number
- 6. We process your full refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method
What Qualifies
Products must be:
- Returned within 30 days of your delivery date
- - Unopened and unused — food, treats, and supplements must be fully sealed
- - In usable and donatable condition — toys and accessories must not be damaged, chewed, or heavily worn
- - Accompanied by a shelter receipt and photo submitted to support@praiseurpet.com
Products that do not qualify:
- Opened food, treats, or supplements
- - Items that are damaged, chewed, or not in donatable condition
- - Claims submitted beyond 30 days of the delivery date
Refund Limits
- One Return to Rescue claim per customer per 30 days
- - One item per claim
- - Approved claims are refunded in full to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
Have more than one item to donate within a 30 day period? Reach out to us at support@praiseurpet.com and we'll do our best to help. Additional claims beyond one per 30 days are reviewed at our discretion and where approved may be refunded as store credit.
A Note From Us
We started Return to Rescue because we wanted returns to feel good — for you, for us, and most importantly for the animals who benefit from every donation. Every receipt we receive represents a shelter that got a little extra help that day. We're proud of that and we're grateful you're part of it.
If you send us a photo we'll do our best to share it on our social channels and give your local shelter a little extra exposure. Because they deserve it.
