At PraiseUrPet, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States. We are working on expanding shipping destinations in the future.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (United States): 5-12 business days
Express Shipping (United States): 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. During peak seasons and holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be available — check our current offers at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order please contact us at support@praiseurpet.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged please contact us at support@praiseurpet.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
PraiseUrPet does not accept traditional returns. Instead we offer our Return to Rescue program — a better way to handle products that aren't right for your pet. Visit our Return and Refund Policy page to learn how it works.
